The challenge
Docusign’s Brand & Creative team serves many stakeholders, channels, and regional markets. As requests grew in volume and complexity, the team needed to keep the brand consistent while working through established reviews and shifting priorities.
Much of the work goes beyond producing assets: product UIs localized into multiple languages, event graphics built to venue and partner specifications, and product name changes carried through existing materials.
Our approach
EAS works inside Docusign’s own processes, from request intake and shared design files through brand review and final delivery. Working this way keeps projects coordinated and on-brand across teams and markets.
We also act as a brand safeguard and steward, flagging outdated logos, off-brand assets, licensing risks, and guideline conflicts, and recommending fixes.
For a product name change, for example, we localized motion assets into eight languages, adapted product UI layouts to fit the translated text, produced every required format, managed native-speaker review, and delivered final assets to the DAM.
The outcome
EAS has shipped more than 400 requests across Docusign’s creative channels. In 2026 alone, that included work in 14 locales and 13 trade-show booths designed and produced.
Docusign gets a partner it can rely on when timelines tighten. Because EAS already knows the brand and how the team works, urgent requests move without a ramp-up: a trade-show booth went from brief to print-ready files in a day, and three launch datasheets were rebuilt the same day ahead of Docusign’s annual event.
